An exercise class aimed at the over 50's. Low impact but challenging nonetheless - these sessions will be varied weekly to ensure you exercise all the important muscle groups. Experienced, professional and above all friendly coaching staff will ensure you get the most out of your hour! No membership or contracts are required, pay per session. Training is in bare feet so you only need loose clothing.
