  A huge open space with parking off Topsham Road. Large fenced play area, with brilliant level access for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The play area is supported by Mencap - and there is lots of equipment suitable for those with additional needs. Picnic tables available next to the sand pits, and good paths for scooting. A great place to play for everyone!
