Counselling is offered by staff at Chestnut Children's Centre in a private and confidential setting. In counselling sessions the client is encouraged to explore various aspects of their life and the feelings that go with them. Talking about them freely and openly in a way that is rarely possible with friends or family, to a person who neither judges nor offers advice.

It can be a space for a client to reflect and talk through a problem, or distress that they are experiencing. Bottled up feelings such as anger, anxiety, grief and embarrassment can become very intense. It is an opportunity to express them and talk about them in a safe space to help dissolve them, reduce the pain caused by them and make them easier to understand.

Times and prices are subject to change. Contact venue before setting out.
