Arabella is delighted to announce that she has joined up with Mothercare, Guildhall, to offer expectant and new parents a free session of a BabyCalm class.

Come along for your free session:

•Learn more relaxed ways of parenting than following rules and routines set out by baby experts
•Understand why your baby may be fussy and learn some tools to help you calm a crying baby, calm colic and soothe your baby to sleep
•Find out about the world of baby slings and discover how the right sling can be priceless to new parents
•Discover the realities of baby sleeping patterns and how to maximise the amount of sleep your baby - and you - will get

When: The LAST Wednesday of each month, 11am-12noon

Where: Mothercare, Guildhall, Exeter

Who can come: This is a great class for both mums and dads that can be taken at any time during pregnancy or early parenthood
