Lisa Tate - Pregnancy & Post-Natal Massage

Exeter Centre

Your body goes through profound changes during pregnancy and complementary therapies can be particularly beneficial, both physically and emotionally.

Massage, aromatherapy and reflexology can have considerable health benefits for both mother and baby as well as reducing complications in pregnancy and birth.

Massage can help relax both you and your baby as well as easing some of the discomforts pregnancy can bring, such as back ache, leg cramps and swollen ankles.

My treatments work on several different levels, reducing the discomforts of pregnancy, supporting the woman's emotional wellbeing, and boosting their energy during the demanding early months with the new baby.

I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists and also a member of the British Complementary Medicine Association.
