Our program has been specifically developed for the needs of new mums. In the early days we work at repairing weakened muscles (abdominals, pelvic floor, etc), combating common symptoms (hip alignment, back strengthening, joint pain etc) posture and toning.
Using a variety of interactive techniques (songs, movements & visuals) baby is included, stimulated and engaged with throughout the entire sessions, making our program a fun bonding experience for both mummy and baby.
