Along with a healthy diet Zumba is a fun way to get fit and toned. Zumba fuses Latin music and dance style with fitness to produce a fun and easy to follow workout suitable for ALL ages and abilities. It is a calorie burning, body toning, body energizing workout so come along and give it a try.

If you haven't been to class in a while or have never tried Zumba before then come along and join in the Zumba party:

Tues - Clydebank High School 7-8pm
Thurs - Clydebank High School 7-8pm

First class is only £2!!
