SLOW FLOW YOGA: The poses are linked together with the breath into a slow flowing sequence suitable if you're new to yoga &/or need to proceed slowly due to injury or lack of exercise.
CORE FLOW YOGA: The poses are linked together with the breath into a more dynamic flowing sequence if you want a more advanced practice.
PILATES: Stretch and strengthen the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength (particularly core strength) & posture.
BARRE: This ballet-inspired workout will increase muscle density, decrease body fat, improve flexibility and posture & rev up your metabolism.
