I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer, I live in the Southside of Glasgow but can travel.
Personal training: I can help you with weight loss, muscle gain and increasing your confidence. My service includes body composition testing, dietary guidance and a support plan.
Group training: Exercising with friends can increase your motivation and certainly increase the fun! Get out in the fresh air (or any other suitable environment!) have a laugh and get fit.
Group training can be adapted to suit varying fitness levels, you just let me know what you want to achieve and what you enjoy.
I already work with a number of Mums (new Mums and otherwise!) and understand the challenges you may face to fitting in exercise (and some of the more physical challenges!). I can do Mums and buggy classes so no need for baby sitters!
