A deep, yet gentle way of working the body to create space in the joints, bring life to the spine and a wonderful sense of being more connected to the earth. Develop flexibility, strength and the ability to relax deeply at will. This is a course suitable for all abilities and students should bring along a blanket and wear loose clothing.
