This workshop compliments Natural Pain Relief on 17 Feb. We will cover overcoming fear in birth, birth physiology and the emotional journey of labour. We will practice massage and other measures to make birth more comfortable. Birth partners will explore and understand their role and women will develop with their partners their birth preparation outline.
