Pregnancy Yoga Greenwich:
YTL has a regular pregnancy yoga class on a Saturday morning in Greenwich. The venue is located right next to Greenwich Station so is easily reached from the surrounding areas.

Pregnancy is one of the most amazing experiences of a woman's life and yoga has long been recognised, by doctors and midwives to be one of the most effective means of staying fit whilst pregnant and easing birth.

On a physical level the yoga postures will help strengthen tone and create flexibility in the body. The sessions boast vitality, reduce stress and help relieve common pregnancy ailments. Breathing exercises relax the nervous system and bring increased oxygen to the body and therefore baby. They are very useful to use during labour. Movements and positions which are beneficial for each stage of labour are incorporated into the class and each session ends with a relaxation.
