After 6 wonderful years in Humber Road we are excited to present a bigger and better Curious Comb! With more space and new services, we are looking forward to welcoming you to our new abode!

Our cosy salon blending the old with the new was inspired by the 50's era. Come and see us on Hazel Lane as part of the new Greenwich Square Complex.

So if you're feeling curious, come in and say hello!

Come and get 10% off exclusive discount for Mumsnet Greenwich users during weekdays between 10a.m. and 4p.m.

I recently had my hair done at Curious comb.
The location of the salon is very good, it is just next to Greenwich library.
The staff are very friendly. You are met with a smile never mind if it is sunny or pouring outside.
Once you come in you are offered a drink - water, coffee, tea you choose. So you can wait in this beautiful salon for your appointment. The interior design is really eye catching and quorky so you have plenty of things to look at. Once my appointment came lovely Charlotte ( with whom I had my appointment) came and greeted me. She asked if I wanted one of the magazines and which one I wanted, fashion, gossip all hot off the press. We had a long chat about what I wanted and how I wanted. She was very patient and listened well to me. So I was sure she understood, what I wanted and I was listened too. In stead of being rushed off and getting a standard haircut. She washed my hair and gave a little head massage that was really welcome.
She cut my hair nicely and did a really god job giving me a glamorous blow dry. It has been long time, since somebody really cared and took time to make my hair look good. She was very patient and dealing with every lock, I do not have that patience to do what she did myself! At the end I was really happy with my haircut and blow dry.
This is the salon I am returning and deffo reccomend it. The salon is pretty big, so it is easily accessible with buggies. The staff are very child friendly and do not mind to hold your baby or keep your child busy whilst you are heaving your hair treatment. There is toilet and a kitchen if you want to use it for breastfeeding or changing the baby. But there is no baby change as such, but plenty of space to use the changing mat. And 10% off for Mumsnet was a big bonus too!

I take my 2 1/2 year old daughter in from time to time for her haircut and the staff are great with her. She gets a booster seat to sit on, the hairdressers are all very patient and usually give her a treat/ sticker and lots of praise when she's done. Would recommend for kids.
