Weight loss / fitness bootcamps


*sessions run Monday -Friday .
*choice of 3 time slots (6.15am and 7pm).
*ladies only.
*regular check ups to track progress.
*iOS app to chart your progress
*each session is 60minutes long.
*3x per week we train Legs, Bums and Tums.
*2x per week, we focus in upper body conditioning.
*post natal welcome.

Monthly membership is inclusive of all sessions and health checks.
