NT Connections: The Accordion Shop

disabled access

Written By Cush Jumbo. Performed by The Riverfront Youth Theatre Academy as part of National Theatre Connections Festival 2015.

Mister Ellody has kept his Accordion shop going on the high street for years. Generation after generation of Ellody has quietly existed on this street. One day, he steps out of his door and witnesses an extraordinary incident: hundreds of young people are surging onto the street and they've all received the same text message: ‘High Street. 6pm. Riot'. Connections is the National Theatre's annual festival of new plays for youth theatres and schools.
