Local Fitness


When I heard about mums and babies by Local Fitness I thought I would give it a go. Having done very little exercise ever before I was very unfit and about 8 weeks post natal. Sara showed me how to exercise in a safe way and gave me lots of options for each stage in the class so that everything was achievable and I didn't want to give in because I couldn't keep up with the other “fitter” mums. I have progressed and improved and I feel amazing, people say I look amazing and I have never ever been as fit as I am now in my whole life. Exercising with my baby, and sometimes my 4 year old (who is always welcome, kept entertained and absolutely LOVES coming along with me) whilst I get fit and toned and even fitter – who could ask for more? New mums, you need this lady. She is inspirational, motivational, and a mum herself. Thursday is officially my favourite day of the week!
