Expecting a lil' one? Yoga can not only make the pregnancy itself easier on the body and the mother's sense of well-being, but it can also make child labor easier. Let our fully qualified teacher guide you safely in your pre-natal practise. We recommend practising once you've passed your first trimester. We recommend you come to class well hydrated, with loose and comfortable clothing, try not to eat up to 2 hours before, and be sure to tell your teacher about any medical conditions that may effect your practise.
