Yoga for parents where you bring your slightly bigger lil' one along to play, snooze, or run around wild while you find some inner calm though yoga. At stretch we embrace the eclectic and varied scope of yoga, and whilst we will be offering you some soothing restorative classes, many of our classes will be upbeat and dynamic – so be prepared to get moving! We recommend you come to class well hydrated, with loose and comfortable clothing, try not to eat up to 2 hours before, and be sure to tell your teacher about any medical conditions that may effect your practise.
