Mama & Baba Yoga classes

The classes are a special time set aside for mamas & babas to focus on the benefits of touch, movement and relaxation.

For mamas: a specialist postnatal yoga sequence focusing on toning muscles, improving posture and combating fatigue.

For babas: gentle massage and movement set to playful songs, promoting sleep, digestion and overall healthy development.

The emphasis is on having fun and enjoying ourselves. Dadas, grandparents and other carers are very welcome.

Classes are for mamas with babas aged six weeks to mobile - crawlers welcome but not walkers sorry. I also run private, corporate, nursery, NCT or small group session. You don't need to know anything about yoga, just come along in comfy clothing and give it a go.

    Being a new mum I was a bit intimidated at first about taking my baby to classes as I wasn't really sure what I was doing! However I went along to Almon's baby yoga class when my baby was 3 months old and loved it so much we carried on going until he was crawling. The class was a great environment for both of us. Supportive for me and gave me some much needed stretching and relaxation time. Fun and engaging for my baby. He loved the songs we learned and he still loves it when I sing them now! Highly recommend this wonderful class

    We really enjoy this baby yoga class. Lots of fun songs and good moves for both babies and mums (or dads!). Almon makes every feel very welcome and is very knowledgable. We look forward to it every week!

    I have been going to this class since my baby was 3 months old and we both absolutely love it. My baby now recognises the songs and actions and beams with excitement when we start to do her favourite bits. I use some of the songs at home now too. The atmosphere is relaxed so I felt happy to feed or change my baby whenever I needed to. The yoga moves for mums are straight forward but feel very good on aching backs and tired limbs! Definitely recommend this class.
