Mindful Yoga for Stress


City life and difficult times can leave us feeling depleted. Make space for yourself and give your mind and body a chance to rest and feel refreshed.

Learn how to use gentle yoga and simple meditation techniques to develop mindfulness. Movements are slow, made within your own current limits, and can be adapted to your needs.

No experience necessary, everyone is welcome.
