With regular practice, mindfulness can help people with stress, anxiety and depression, as well as helping improve focus, concentration and attention.
The next weekly evidence-based mindfulness stress reduction course starts Monday 6 Feb 2017 (18:30 - 20:30) and runs weekly for 8 weeks on upper street, with an all day retreat session on Saturday 11 March (10:00 - 15:00) on Newington Green.
The next fortnightly course starts Saturday 11 February and runs alternate weeks - venues near Newington Green.
The total cost for course is £250 (some concessions available), which includes all teaching, handouts and audio materials.
