Pregnancy Pilates & Yoga Classes


Since 2010 we've been providing safe and effective exercise classes for mums-to-be. Classes are held in spacious ballet studio of the English National Ballet School on the borders of Fulham and Chelsea. Provided that your doctor is happy with you to exercise, you can start exercising from 16 weeks of pregnancy and continue until your due date.

The number of participants in the class is limited to 10 to allow for individual corrections. Our classes are suitable for ladies with Pelvic Girdle Pain and we often get referrals from physiotherapists. We modify exercises according to the trimester, physical ability and doctor's recommendations.
