I'm looking for a lovely cheerful thoughtful person to help me & my son 3-4 evenings a week (Tu,W/Th,F 5-9pm some flexibility TBD) + other times BUT its not essential that you could do these (Fri am, some wkend days/eve). I'm a disabled single working mum to an adorable 3yr old. I became disabled 3yrs ago. Every day I need a carer to manage the house, cook, shop, look after my DS, fetch/ carry for me & generally muck in. You'd be joining 2 amazing helpers.

Experience is less important than attitude & ability to:
1.build strong relationship with my son who misses me in the evenings
2.learn & empathise with my disability needs eg learn where to put things within reach for me, understand I am in pain even if you cant see it
3. be reliable

Having said that experience with children, running a household, disability and/ or caring would be useful. Refs essential & CRB check will be done.
