Barbara has worked with some of the UK's most renowned chefs - Anton Edlemann (The Savoy), Keith Stanley (The Ritz) and, the chef she admires most, Anton Mosimann (Mosimann's, London). Bad Ass Cakes will happily make any style and type of cake you require - wedding, birthday, christening, anniversary, corporate and many more.
Bad Ass Cakes creates cakes to make you go wow, they are flavoursome and delicious and make people happy. If you want a party in your mouth Bad Ass Cakes design cakes for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, private customers and companies; and all types of office celebrations including product launches, summer balls and corporate gifts .
Barbara has a number of signature recipes including the secret family recipe organic Jamaican Rum Cake, Island in the Sun; Mango, pineapple & coconut cake and 'The' best chocolate cake around. Barbara baked cakes with her mother (who in turn used to bake with her mum) as a child and now has many delicious recipes under her belt.
She sells at a farmers market every Saturday in London. Her customers are international as well as locals who keep coming back every week for their “Bad Ass fix".
