I have qualifications in Nutritional Therapy, Fitness Nutrition and Clinical Weight Loss, and am also currently studying to be a Certified Kinesiologist and Detox Specialist.

It can be very daunting for mums in particular to know really what they should be feeding their children! Nutrition is so important to everyone to maximise our energy, health and most importantly of course, the quality of our lives.

I offer a range of plans, all based around shopping trips, cooking lessons and the all important diet plans - trying to help busy people fit nutrition into their lives!
