Relax Kids Chill Skills


Relax Kids Chill Skills courses give children the chance to build confidence and self-esteem as well learn techniques that they can use every day and that will set them up for life including how to develop self confidence; how to manage moods/emotions; how to manage stress/anxiety; how to increase brain power; how to relax/improve sleep.

Relax Kids uses relaxation techniques to help children recognise their strengths and manage their emotions. The relaxation techniques provide a toolbox of skills which can be transferred into later life. If children can learn to be calm under pressure at a young age, then they stand in good stead for their adult life.

Chill Skills is a 6 week course and takes place during term time.
