Feldenkrais teaches how to become aware of your innate movement patterns which can then help you function more affectively – physically, emotionally and mentally. Yavington Studio offers weekly Mother and Baby Feldenkrais Classes, as well as Group Adult and One-to-One sessions. In addition, Revitalise Days take place once a month. The day includes Feldenkrais, authentic movement and mindfulness. This is an enjoyable day which can help to unlock your innate creativity.
