Pole Fitness Classes


Pole fitness is an exciting and challenging way to get fit. Combining strength, flexibility, dance, cardio, endurance and acrobatic skills, there is nothing else quite like it.

Our classes are fun and friendly, and suitable for all levels of fitness. You are certain to be surprised by what you can achieve!
Your instructor is a fully trained and certified pole fitness instructor with years of experience teaching and practicing pole and aerial fitness.

Come join us Monday evenings at 6:30 or 7:30pm. Classes are 1 hour and include warm up, strength & conditioning and pole flow, followed by learning new moves and recapping those you have already been working on, finishing with some practice time and a good stretch and cool down.
