Mum and Baby Yoga


Yoga is a fantastic way to get in touch with your body and your breath. This specialist class will allow you to nurture yourself while you are with your baby. This class will help bring a sense of well-being, alleviate aches and pains, combat fatigue and re-tone muscles. Classes can be attended 6 weeks after giving birth. Each class includes a tea and chat. This is an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences
