YogaBellies yoga classes are gentle and safe for all women, whether new to Yoga or with years of practice. The weekly sessions include yoga postures to build strength and stamina for pregnancy and labour; breathing techniques and meditation to allow mums to remain calm and focused.
When you first join a YogaBellies class you will receive a YogaBellies Birth Pack which includes your very own Deep Relaxation and Self Hypnosis for Birth CD and YogaBellies tote bag for use throughout your pregnancy. Classes are taught as a 8 week block running for approx 90 minutes per class. These classes are rolling blocks so you can start when you wish from 14 weeks pregnant right up to your due date. Book your place now by contacting Rachael, a deposit is required to reserve your place as classes are limited to 10 students.
