Ante Natal Pilates


Antenatal Pilates is a modified form of Pilates enabling you to exercise safely throughout your pregnancy. The classes are designed to focus on the specific needs of ladies during pregnancy such as maintaining joint mobility and flexibility, emphasising posture and pelvic floor exercises and providing relaxation.

Our Antenatal Pilates instructor Clare is a Physio and Instructor of the APPI method of modified Pilates. This ensures you will be provided with expert class instruction in a safe environment, which has been specifically designed to meet the physical demands of pregnancy. We offer small classes of a maximum 6 people, as well as One to One sessions, which are ideal if you are unable to attend the class times available.

We do ask that you fill out our medical questionnaire and ensure you have sought consent from a either your GP or Midwife before attending.
