Space To Be: Meditation and Mindfulness

This is a fortnightly morning class in meditation and mindfulness for beginners aimed at parents and carers. It offers a space to breathe, to share and reconnect to your true self: A space to simply be!

We will practise simple meditation and mindfulness exercises, and there is also a space to share and be heard in a warm, supportive and totally non-judgemental environment.

It is a fun and sociable way to relax and learn coping strategies which you can take home and use all the time.

Simple meditation techniques done regularly can make lasting changes in your life, boosting immunity, health, creativity and happiness. Come and nurture yourself in this oasis of peace. A cup of tea and biscuits are waiting for you, too.
