Julie Tortora BA CertEd BWY has 20 years experience of teaching Yoga for Pregnancy to women in the Crouch End/Stroud Green area. Her hugely popular classes are small and supportive and are held in a friendly home environment.
She is know to GPs and Midwives, some of whom have attended her classes themselves.
You can start at the end of your first trimester and continue right until the end of your pregnancy and the classes are suitable whether or not you have done Yoga before. Often women continue postnatally and make supportive friendships with others they meet in the classes.

I can highly recommend Julie's yoga classes. They are a wonderful way to relax once a week and to really focus on you and your baby. Julie is extremely knowledgeable about pregnancy and birth and all of her exercises - particularly the breathing ones - were hugely helpful to me. The classes are also a great way to meet other mums-to-be and to share pregnancy experiences. I can also recommend Julie's postnatal classes which you can go to with your baby. The babies can participate in some of the exercises and at the end of the class Julie does a lovely movement and songs session for them. My little boy loves it!
