Come and enjoy an integrated yoga class with your baby.

We will practice safe, gentle and energising post natal healing exercises for mums to tone the pelvic floor and abdominals and release tension in the neck, shoulders and back from feeding and carrying.

The class will incorporate stretch's you can do with your baby , massage and song and end with a relaxation.

This is a relaxed session where you can be comfortable feeding, changing your babies or letting them sleep.

A great opportunity to meet other local mums during the session and have tea after.

These classes are suitable from 6 weeks after birth.
