Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates class <br />Thursdays 7-8pm<br /><br />Pilates increases fitness levels, strengthens the core muscles and conditions the pelvic floor &ndash; very useful for pregnancy, delivery and being a mum! It is a safe and gentle form of exercise which is appropriate for pregnancy and the post-natal period. <br /><br />All classes are led by a senior physiotherapist skilled in the assessment and treatment of pregnancy related musculoskeletal problems. <br /><br />Come along to relax, regain your centre and strengthen up for the demands of being a mum before and after pregnancy. <br /><br />one-to-one and small group sessions also available
