Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates class
Pilates increases fitness levels, strengthens the core muscles and conditions the pelvic floor – very useful for pregnancy, delivery and being a mum! It is a safe and gentle form of exercise which is appropriate for pregnancy and the post-natal period.
All classes are led by a senior physiotherapist skilled in the assessment and treatment of pregnancy related musculoskeletal problems.
Come along to relax, regain your centre and strengthen up for the demands of being a mum before and after pregnancy.
