Wildlife Arts at Railway Fields

Wildlife arts sessions on the last Saturday of each month. Suitable for famillies. Aimed at primary school children, but all welcome.

Friends of Railway Fields is a voluntary group dedicated to preserving and maintaining the beautiful Railway Fields nature reserve in Harringay, north London. We also host a range of events to encourage people to visit and learn more about the wildlife in their midst. We support the activities of The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), the organisation that manages the site.

Everyone is welcome at our monthly sessions, which usually take place on the last Saturday of the month. From 10am – 12:30 we do practical conservation work (anything from cleaning out the pond to removing tree saplings) with a break for lunch followed by our monthly meeting at 1.00pm. You're welcome to join us for all or part of the day. We provide tools and gloves (and tea and biscuits!).
