Ante/Post Natal Pilates


We are passionate about Pilates and offer private Ante-natal and Post-natal classes. Pilates with a suitably qualified instructor is a safe and enjoyable way to exercise during and after pregnancy. Gentle exercise can help make your pregnancy a positive experience and prepare the body for labour and the post natal period. The modified Pilates method we use is particularly well suited to activate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in a safe and effective way.

Pilates in the post natal period will help you to regain the strength and control in your postural muscles, assist with weight loss, increase general muscle tone and fitness, improve posture and have a positive impact on your psychological wellbeing, self esteem and body image. Pilates can gently ease the body back to optimum fitness so that you can return to your sport or activity with confidence.
