Monday blues…have you had a busy weekend and start to your week? Then try our Monday Yoga Evenings!

Farah Fernandes will lead participants of all abilities, through a series of yoga exercises designed to support and improve breathing, flexibility and posture. Open and welcoming to beginners! Please bring a mat or towel for your comfort! If it's your first time, please arrive 10 minutes before the session.

Every Monday: 7 to 8 pm (starting from 7 March to further notice) Note: no class on 28 March, 2 May & 30 May / LGBT friendly / 16+/ £ 5 / £3 (concs)
