Isha Institute of Inner Sciences is offering a free meditation session on ‘Life Beyond Stress', introducing powerful and practical tools from the ancient science of yoga.
A brief introduction about meditation followed by a 20-minute guided meditation to give you a taste and experience of what meditation can bring to you allowing individuals to:
* cope with the hectic pace of modern life
* function better under stress
* attain higher levels of productivity
A free DVD will be offered to all participants to practice the meditation at home and share it with others.
All genders welcome.
Program starts at 17:00 PM sharp. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Talk and meditation will be by a trained meditator from Isha Institute of Inner Sciences, UK registered charity 1116816.
