Bedfords Park Outdoor Fitness


Outdoor fitness sessions traversing the fields and trails in picturesque Bedfords Park, Havering-atte-Bower. Walk, jog or even sprint (!) between stations where you can perform circuit training exercises to increase cardio-vascular fitness, strength and mobility. The circuit is suitable for all levels and will be adapted to suit beginner,intermediate and advanced exercisers, however participants must be able to walk for 45 minutes at a moderate to brisk pace before enrolling. An absolute beginner/easy session is held on Thursdays at 10.30am for 45 minutes (cost pro rata). Please wear suitable clothing and trainers and bring a water bottle!
Sharon Honey is a certified Level 3 outdoor fitness trainer and member of REPS. She also holds a BSc(Hons) degree in Fitness and Health and an MSc degree in Sports Therapy and runs a local sports injury clinic.
