Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for everyone from 14 weeks to birth. Gently stretch away pregnancy aches and pains, learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and relax. Posture awareness helps with day to day life. Birth preparation classes are run with partners welcome.

    I would highly recommend Penny's pregnancy yoga class. Each week I would always look forward to the class as it was a chance to have some me & bump time. The breathing techniques that I learnt proved to be invaluable in having a natural calm birth. I will definitely be going to pregnancy yoga again if I have another baby.
