Antenatal yoga (pregnancy yoga)


Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for everyone from 14 weeks to birth. Gently stretch away pregnancy aches and pains, learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and relax. Posture awareness helps with day to day life. Birth preparation classes are run with partners welcome.

    I absolutely loved this pregnancy yoga class!

    Penny is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. The course is open and gentle enough for everyone for all ages and abilities. As someone who did yoga before pregnancy, I was thrilled to be able to continue it while pregnant and believe it kept me fit and relaxed during my pregnancy, as well as benefiting bonding with my baby along with other invaluable benefits that he would have got in the womb...
