MBCT MBSR THIS IS THE EVIDENCE BASED 8 WEEK COURSE. This course will be running on Friday afternoons and has been offered for parents due to demand. This course is MBCT which has about a 5% variance from MBSR: It is designed to help specifically with preventing relapse into recurrent depression but also for Stress, General Anxiety,Insomnia, managing chronic pain and a deliberate and measurable \'raising of general \'here and now\' awareness by the 5th-6th week that can improve well being.
