Relax, Stretch and Breathe (NCT)

New to our area, Relax Stretch and Breathe offers gentle yoga-based exercise suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right through to the birth. Each class includes breathing awareness, yoga postures, preparation for labour, a lovely long relaxation, discussion and refreshments. A great way to meet other mums-to-be from early in your pregnancy. Weekly classes run term time all year round plus special holiday sessions. Generous discounts for families on low incomes or in receipt of some benefits mean that you can attend for as little as £1 per session. These classes are run by the NCT but you don't have to be a member to attend, all welcome. Contact Meriel for further information or to reserve a place, or visit the website.

    Fantastic class, fantastic tutor, fantastic results. This class was perfect for me, a yoga phobic! The gentle stretches and relaxation prepared me for the most blissful nights sleep during my pregnancy. I honestly wish I had started much, much sooner. I cannot recommend this class highly enough. Really lovely way to meet other mums too!
