We run small pregnancy pilates courses to help alleviate aches and pains, improve posture and strengthen tummy, pelvic floor and back muscles. Pilates is a great form of exercise to help prepare you for labour and with recovery after birth of your child. Its also a lovely way to meet other Mums in a fun, informal setting.
