Yoga with Abi


Wednesday 7-8pm

A one hour Hatha Yoga class for all ages and abilities.

As an experienced dancer I have branched out and discovered that Yoga is a fantastic way to stay fit and healthy and introduce tranquillity to the mind, body and soul.

My classes will help you to relax, lose weight, gain strength and tone your entire body.
