Fit Blast


This workout is a great way to burn calories, tone up those wobbly bits, and feel fitter. The session involves a warm up, then a 25 minute interval training workout (eg. 45 seconds of exercise, and 15 seconds recovery). We finish with a focused section on abdominal and pelvic floor strength, and a cool down and stretch.

Classes are run in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, no previous experience needed.
All straightforward exercises, with options provided, plus great music to keep you moving!

Monday 7.15pm @ Samuel Lucas School, and Weds 7.15pm @ Mary Exton School, Hitchin.
