Aerobics Dance and Tone


A fun, fat-burning, full-body workout which will burn off those excess calories. Expect a mixture of aerobics, cardiovascular and toning exercise, with a bit of core/Pilates work thrown in for good measure.
Great for fitness enthusiasts, postnatal women, and beginners alike. High and low impact options are provided, to ensure your workout is safe and effective, yet challenging at the same time.
