Post Natal Power Plate courses!


Pear Projects is proud to present Post Natal power plate courses lasting 6 or 12 weeks! The courses are made up of two 30min sessions per week and are tailor made to each individual mum. The sessions focus on re-connection and strengthening of the pelvic floor, building muscle strength, burning fat, increasing circulation and feeling great all in a fun and relaxed atmosphere! (Creche available upon request!)
