Small Oglee Poglee creatures have landed in Berkhamsted, bringing with them a whole heap of fun for the under 5's. At a Wednesday morning workshop you will discover arty activities, messy play and exciting creative challenges tailored to capture the imagination of your little explorer.
Workshops start with an Oglee Poglee story where characters like Ma Oglee and Poglee Pip share their exciting adventures. Whilst witty and engaging, these stories also incorporate the activities that the children will discover. You might enter a pea rolling competition, break open dinosaur eggs or create your own rock pool. Oglee Poglee finds innovation ways of presenting creative techniques and can get messy, so understandably the children love it. The great thing for parents is the children leave spotless, hands clasping their masterpieces and all the mess is left behind.

Every town should have a visit from the Oglee Poglees! It's totally different from any other class in Berko. Both my kids are captivated from the start which is testament to the creative flair and talent of Claire who runs it. Her ideas are magical. I can't recommend this workshop enough.
My 2 yr old son has a great time at these sessions -and so do I! Claire puts in a huge amount of work to prepare really creative sessions for the children, with a variety of activities for them to dip in and out of. It all kicks off with a delightful illustrated short story featuring the Oglee Poglees. Fun and interesting themes and craft techniques are then presented in creative, exciting ways. The children can choose where they want to spend their time. It is a bit messy, but the setting is remarkably calm and controlled! I would never do these craft projects in my home..and protective clothing is provided for all, and washing facilities, so the children are spotless when they leave the session. My son and I enjoy following the next week's theme on the Oglee Poglee facebook page, so we can talk about it and look forward to it together. By far our favourite activity of the week!
